(Re)Introducing Good Medicine Nola’s Brandi Lea Harris, Ladies and Gents!

You may have seen Brandi Lea of Good Medicine Nola around Hollygrove before!  Starting as a pop up with Hollygrove’s Brunch in the Garden series in 2016, Good Medicine has continued to bloom and grow.  Most recently, Brandi Lea hosted a gorgeous candlelight meditation at Hollygrove for the Winter Solstice Celebration.  On Thursday, she will be one of five chefs at our farm to table dinner crafting a delightfully vegan Raw Beet Ravioli (recipe to be available at event).

And that is only the beginning!  We are delighted to announce that Good Medicine will be at Hollygrove weekly, beginning Feb 1st, offering Candlelight Yoga on Thursday nights from 7-8pm (starting Feb 1) for a sliding scale of $10-$15 per class. Folks can reserve a spot and pay in advance with a card through her website: www.goodmedicinenola.com or bring cash and pay at the door. Good Medicine will also be offering a weekly pop-up at Hollygrove every Saturday from 9am-3pm starting Feb 3.  The menu will include fresh plant-based cuisine, including: vegan breakfast bowls, hearty quinoa salad bowl, smoothies, juices, coffee and grab and go items.

In case you’re not already familiar with Good Medicine, this local pop-up is led by certified Yoga teacher and plant-based chef, Brandi Lea Harris. Good Medicine is dedicated to serving the community by offering food for the body, mind and soul through classes in vinyasa Yoga, healthy vegan-friendly food, and immersive wellness events.
